توسعۀ مدل مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز یانگ در شرکت سینره

چکیده

سازمان‎ها برای رسیدن به پایداری و مزیت رقابتی پایدار، ناگزیرند به مسائل زیست‎محیطی سراسر زنجیرۀ تأمین خود توجه کنند. این امر با کم کردن هزینه‌ها، بهبود تصویر برند و مصون‎ماندن در برابر قوانین زیست‎محیطی دولتی، به حفظ و بهبود مزیت رقابتی سازمان‌ها منجر می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطۀ بین اقدامات مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز و کسب مزیت رقابتی در کسب‎وکارهای کوچک و متوسط در شرکت سینره اجرا شده است. در فاز اول پس از بررسی رابطۀ اقدامات زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز و مزیت رقابتی و انتخاب مدل یانگ و همکارانش، مدل یادشده از بُعد اقدامات سبز داخلی توسعه داده شد. نتیجۀ اجرای فاز اول پژوهش، تأثیر معنادار اقدامات مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز بر مزیت رقابتی را به تأیید رساند. در فاز دوم که به هدف اولویت‎بندی اقدامات زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز با توجه به تأثیر آنها در کسب مزیت رقابتی انجام گرفت، از رویکرد DANP استفاده شد. نتیجۀ اجرای گام دوم نیز نشان داد میان ابعاد، اقدامات سبز داخلی و میان شاخص‌ها، فرهنگ سازمانی از بیشترین اهمیت و اولویت برخوردارند.

چکیده [English]

organizations in order to capture sustainability and competitive advantage need to pay attention to environmental issues throuoghout their supply chain. By decreasing costs, improving image and being protected against environmental laws it can lead to organizational competitive advantage. Current research has been done investigating the relationship between green supply chain and capturing copetitive advantage in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in cinere company. In its first phase, after investigating the relationships between green supply chain and capturing copetitive advantage, the Model of Yang et al. (2013) was selected and developed in aspect of internal green practices. The result showed significant corelation between these two. In second phase, using a combined method of DEMATEL and ANP the priority of green supply chain practices was investigated. As a result, among practices, internal green practices and among indicators, organizational culture possessed the highest priority and importance.
