چکیده

هدف: هدف این مقاله، ارائه مدل ارزیابی عملکرد پایداری شیوه‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج در زنجیره تأمین خودروسازی با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم است.
روش: ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت، شیوه‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج شناسایی و با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای فازی اولویت‌بندی شدند و رویکرد یکپارچه از شیوه‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج ارائه شد. در نهایت، از رویکرد پویایی سیستم برای ارزیابی پویایی شیوه‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج و تأثیرشان بر عملکرد پایدار در زنجیره تأمین استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سناریوهای بهبود در اجرای مدیریت کیفیت جامع، بهبود اجرای تولید به موقع و بهبود حمل‌ونقل انعطاف‌پذیر، موجب پایدارتر شدن زنجیره تأمین می‌شود. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از اجرای این سناریوها، گویای بهبود پایداری در زنجیره تأمین است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که استراتژی ناب، استراتژی بسیار مهمی در دستیابی به پایداری در زنجیره تأمین است. مدل ارائه شده به مدیران صنعت و تصمیم‌گیرندگان کمک می‌کند که نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از اجرای شیوه‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین لارج را شناسایی کنند و با اتخاذ تدابیری، شیوه‌های مؤثر بر پایداری در زنجیره تأمین را بهبود دهند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Improving sustainability in supply chains is one of the strategic objectives in the current business. Hence, firms have adopted new management strategies to achieve sustainability in their supply chain. Therefore, it is essential to assess the sustainability performance of the newly implemented management strategies. The purpose of this paper is to provide a model for assessing the sustainability performance of LARG supply chain management practices in the automotive supply chain using the dynamics system.
Methods: LARG supply chain management practices were identified, by reviewing the literature and interviewing industry experts, prioritized using fuzzy analysis network process, and were eventually presented as an integrated approach to LARG supply chain management practices. Finally, the dynamic system has been used to assess the dynamics of LARG supply chain management practices and their impact on sustainable performance in the supply chain.
Results: The research findings show that improved measures in the implementation of total quality management, just in time, flexible transportation lead to a more sustainable supply chain. The results of these measures show sustainability improvement in the supply chain.
Conclusion: The results show that a lean strategy is very important for achieving sustainability in the supply chain. The proposed model helps industry managers and decision makers identify the results achieved from implementing LARG supply chain management practices and improving effective practices on sustainability in the supply chain by adopting policies.
