چکیده

بررسی­های انجام شده حاکی از آن است که مطالعات محدودی در خصوص مکان‌یابی مراکز خدماتی، و درنهایت مراکز درمانی، انجام گرفته است. از طرفی در اندک مطالعات موجود نیز بیشتر بر به کارگیری شاخص­های کمّی مکان­یابی تمرکز شده است. به نظر می­رسد دلیل این امر، ابهام و نادقیق بودن شاخص­های کیفی است که کاربرد آن­ها را با محدودیت مواجه نموده است. در مقاله حاضر تلاش شده با استفاده از منطق فازی نشان داده شود که می‎توان ابهام موجود در اندازه­گیری معیارهای کیفی را در این زمینه از بین برد. همچنین با بکارگیری فرایند تحلیل شبکه، به موضوع همبستگی معیارها و تأثیرات متقابل آنها در انتخاب یک واحد درمانی پاسخ مناسبی داده شود. از آنجایی­که در فرایند تحلیل شبکه، برای تلفیق نظرات خبرگان از روش دلفی استفاده می­شود و بنابراین ماهیت داده­ها به شکل مد تغییر می باید، به منظور برطرف­کردن این مشکل و نیز توسعه فرایند تحلیل شبکه از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از اجرای متدولوژی پیشنهادی در یک بررسی موردی، توانایی آن را به عنوان یک متدولوژی اجرایی علمی جهت مکان­یابی واحدهای خدماتی، مطلوب نشان داده است. اگرچه محاسبات عددی به ویژه محاسبات بخش فازی زیاد و زمان بر خواهد شد

چکیده [English]

Survey conducted suggests that few studies on Locating service centers especially hospitals, have been. Moreover, in the few existing studies, has focus on the use of quantitative indicators. It seems the reason is ambiguous and inaccurateness of qualitative index. This paper attempts to show the ability to deal with the ambiguity within qualitative index by use of fuzzy logic. Also, using network analytic process appropriate response is given. On the issue such as correlations of criteria's and mutual influences between them in choosing the place of an hospital. Since the network analysis process uses the Delphi method for combining experts opinion, So data has changed at mod form, To overcome this problem and developing network analytical process, interpretive structural modeling is used. The results of the proposed methodology in a case study show its favorable ability to execute as a scientific methodology for Locating of services units, although the numerical calculations and time of the fuzzy section will be high.
