بررسی تاثیر سرمایه انسانی بر نوآوری سبز

چکیده

توجه به محیط‏زیست رکن اصلی تصمیم‏گیری بسیاری از سازمان‎ها در جهان است. آگاهی مصرف­کنندگان و ذی‏نفعان از مسائل زیست‏محیطی افزایش یافته­است و دولت‏ها قوانین سختگیرانه‏ای را برای سازمان‎های آلاینده اعمال کرده­اند. مسئولیت زیست‏محیطی سازمان‎ها در ترکیب با نیاز سازمان‎ها برای رقابت‏پذیری، باعث رواج مفهوم نوآوری سبز گردیده‏ است. بدیهی است نوآوری سبز توسط سرمایۀ انسانی سبز که از پیامدهای زیست‏محیطی حاصل از فعالیت‏های سازمانشان آگاه هستند، شکل می­گیرد. شرکت‏های پیشگام، به‏واسطۀ ترکیب نوآوری با استراتژی‏ها‏ی سبز، توانسته‏اند به مزیت رقابتی پایدار و متمایز و نیز بهبود جایگاه نام تجاری خود دست یابند. با توجه به اینکه در ایران به سرمایۀ انسانی سازمان‎ها و سرمایۀ اجتماعی سبز پرداخته نشده، در این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر سرمایۀ انسانی بر نوآوری سبز پرداخته‏ایم. سرمایۀ انسانی را مشتمل بر سه سازۀ پیشینۀ دانشی، پیشینۀ روانی و ظرفیت فرد و نوآوری سبز را مشتمل بر دو سازۀ رهبری سبز و زنجیرۀ تأمین سبز درنظر‏گرفته­ایم. برای تجزیه‏و‏تحلیل داده‏ها از نرم‏افزار Smart PLS بهره‏برده‏ایم. 50 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان، بر اساس نمونه‏برداری تصادفی ساده از روی فهرست بیمۀ سازمان انتخاب شدند. نتیجۀ این تحقیق نشان داد سرمایۀ انسانی به میزان 76 درصد بر نوآوری سبز در سازمان‎ها مؤثر است.

Today, the environment becomes the main pillar of the decision making of many organizations in the world. Because on the one hand consumers ' awareness of environmental issues increased and on the other hand، strict environmental rules defined by governors. Environmental responsibility combined with the need of organizations to competitiveness، created the concept of green innovation. It is evident that innovation is meaningless without green human capital، who are fully aware of environmental aspects of their organization's activities. In this research we examined the impact of human capital on green innovation. Human capital construct had three parts named: Knowledge background, psychological background and capacity and green innovation construct defined by two parts as: green leadership and green supply chain. For the analysis of data smartpls software used. The result of this research showed that human capital can trigger green innovation by 76%
