شناسایی کارکردهای سازمان مادر: مطالعۀ موردی: سازمان‎های پروژه‎محور فعال در صنعت ساخت

چکیده

عملکرد پروژه‌های سازمان، تأثیر مهمی بر اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز استراتژی‌های سازمان دارد و این امر در سازمان‎های پروژه‎محور که کسب‌وکارشان براساس پروژه‌هاست، از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است. سازمان مادر که یکی از گروه‌های تعیین‎کنندۀ موفقیت یا شکست پروژه  است، کارکردهای متفاوتی در رابطه با پروژه‌هایش دارد که شناسایی آنها نقش مهمی در توسعۀ ادبیات موضوع و شناخت بیشتر این نوع سازمان‎ها دارد. در این پژوهش بر اساس رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از یک مطالعۀ چند موردی، هفت سازمان پروژه‎محور فعال در صنعت ساخت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند تا کارکردهای سازمان مادر آنها در رابطه با پروژه‌هایشان مشخص شوند. براساس تجزیه‎وتحلیل‌های بین موردی، هفت کارکرد اصلی برای سازمان‎های پروژه‎محور شناسایی شده است. با مشخص‎شدن این کارکردها، سازمان‎های پروژه‎محور می‌بایست در توسعۀ قابلیت‌های لازم برای انجام هرچه بهتر آنها حرکت‎کرده و سیاست‌ها و استراتژی‌هایی را در این جهت تدوین و پیاده‎سازی کنند.

چکیده [English]

The performance of organizational projects has an eminent
role in successfully implementing strategies. This is especially important
in project-based organizations whose business is projects. Parent
organization as one of the groups that determines projects’ success and
failure has various functions regarding its projects. Identifying these
functions develops literature on project-based organizations and helps to
understand them more deeply. Using qualitative approach and a multiple
case study, seven project organizations in construction sector were
studied. The results of within-case analysis revealed seven main
functions. Having identified these functions, project-based organizations
should try to develop necessary capabilities to better perform them and
formulate strategies and policies to support them.
