The Industrial Management Journal (IMJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, quarterly publication that features theoretical and empirical articles contributing to the advancement of knowledge in all aspects of industrial management. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating research to both academic and professional audiences. IMJ aims to promote and communicate progress in industrial management research by providing a fast and high-quality forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers. The editors welcome original submissions that have not been published or submitted elsewhere.
    Submitted manuscripts will be considered for publication following a peer-review process and approval by the editorial board. The journal was established in 2008 by the Faculty of Management at the University of Tehran. Esteemed professors and researchers are kindly encouraged to visit the journal’s website, register, and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the authors' guidelines. Please note that in-person visits or phone calls to the journal office are not recommended, as all communication with authors and reviewers is conducted through the journal’s online system.

Change in Submission Language Policy – Journal of Industrial Management
We would like to inform all authors, researchers, and contributors that:
    As part of our strategic direction to enhance the international standing and visibility of the Industrial Management Journal (IMJ), published by the College of Management, University of Tehran, starting from the current issue, the journal will only accept and publish manuscripts written in English. Accordingly, submissions in Persian will no longer be considered for review or publication. This change aims to facilitate international indexing and broaden global access to the scholarly contributions published in the journal. We invite all researchers to submit their manuscripts in English, adhering to the highest academic and linguistic standards.
