Abstract

Different segments of passengers have different opinions on the importance of criteria based on service quality. The weight values based on service quality express the relative importance of them. In most of researches, weight values depended heavily on expert knowledge and passenger’s perspective haven’t been considered. The goal of this research, presenting an advanced method for prioritizing Iranian airlines of passengers’ opinions. First Euclidean distance between satisfaction from each criteria and overall satisfaction with fuzzy synthetic evaluation, genetic algorithm and, weight of criteria is determined. Second, with fuzzy synthetic evaluation, Iran airlines have prioritized. Statistical society in this study consists of Homa, Aseman, Taban, Mahan and Zagros passengers. The results show that different segments of passengers have different opinions on the importance of criteria, so prioritizing Iranian airlines have different in from od passengers’ opinions.
