ارائه کارت امتیازی متوازن منابع انسانی مبتنی برشبیه‌سازی سیستم‌های پویا (مطالعه موردی: صنایع غذایی)

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل سیستمی دینامیکی برای ساخت منظر رشد و یادگیری یک شرکت تولیدی است. تمرکز اصلی مدل بر مدیریت منابع انسانی شرکت است.
روش: در این پ‍ژوهش، رویکردی مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی پویا به‌منظور ارزیابی وضعیت نیروی انسانی ارائه‌ شده است. بدین منظور ضمن شناسایی مهم‌ترین متغیرهای منظر رشد و یادگیری کارت امتیازی متوازن، دو مدل کیفی و کمی طراحی و پیاده‌سازی شد. مدل کیفی توصیف‌کننده روابط علت و معلولی و چگونگی وجود بازخورد سیستمی بین متغیرهاست و مدل کمی بر روابط ریاضی بین آنها مبتنی است.
یافته‎ها: مدل پیشنهاد شده در یک شرکت تولیدی فعال در صنعت غذایی و آشامیدنی کشور به اجرا درآمد. بر اساس اهداف استراتژی منابع انسانی آن شرکت، سناریوهای متفاوتی تعریف شد و با اجرای سناریوها، وضعیت شاخص‌های منابع انسانی در آینده شرکت پیش‎بینی و تحلیل شد.
نتیجه‎گیری: با استفاده از مدل ارائه‌شده، مدیران شرکت قادر خواهند بود که عوامل مؤثر و میزان تأثیر آنها را در مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های منابع انسانی ارزیابی کرده و برای کسب موفقیت در آینده تصمیم‌های لازم را اتخاذ کنند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a dynamic system model for modeling the growth and learning perspective of a manufacturing company. The main focus of the model is on the company's human resources management process.
 
Methods: In this study, an approach based on dynamic simulation has been proposed to evaluate the human resource condition. In order to do that, the researchers aimed to identify the most important variables in the learning and growth perspective of the balanced scorecard. Besides, two qualitative and quantitative models were designed and implemented. The qualitative model is describing causal relationships and the presence of system feedbacks between the variables and the quantitative model is based on the mathematical relations between them.
 
Results: The proposed model was implemented in an Iranian production company working in the food and beverage industry. Different scenarios were defined based on the human resource strategic objectives in that company. The future status of human resource indicators of the company was predicted and analyzed through running scenarios in the dynamics model.
Conclusion: The company managers will be able to evaluate the effective factors and their impact on the most important human resource indicators using the proposed model and to make the necessary decisions to achieve success in the future.
