The supply chain structure includes a supplier, a producer, a distributor, and a retailer with three sale channels.
<strong>Methods:</strong> The methodology introduced in this paper is a fundamental yet practical one that expands the knowledge of modeling for omnichannel supply chain and examines the outcomes in a real case study using a quantitative approach. In this case study, the retailer and the distributor are decision-makers, who decide the optimum order quantity. First, the centralized and decentralized models are identified. Second, the optimum order quantity for each model is determined, and finally, the results are verified using a numerical approach. Further, a sensitivity analysis is performed on the parameters that affect the profits obtained by members and the supply chain.
<strong>Results:</strong> Numerical examples show that the supply chain profit in the centralized model is more than the decentralized model, which correctly predicts the models and the estimated optimum order quantities.
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the expected value of the members and the supply chain profit will increase when the final selling price and production capacity are increased. Therefore, the key question is which approaches will have the most impact on quality improvement. <br /><strong>Methods:</strong> The main purpose of this study is to explore the dynamic relationships between approaches and criteria and sub-criteria of EFQM organizational excellence model. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and analyze the sustainable development policies of the Iranian oil products transportation network based on the dynamic behavior of sustainability variables.
<strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, the factors affecting economic, social and environmental sustainability were identified based on the research background and the opinion of industry experts and the dynamic model of sustainability of this network was designed with the system dynamics approach. Optimal policies with different sustainability strategies were then evaluated and analyzed based on the behavior of the main variables of sustainability.
<strong>Results:</strong> Based on the background of research and opinion of industry experts, 22 factors were selected as factors affecting economic, social and environmental sustainability and five strategies including reducing transportation costs, increasing community satisfaction, reducing environmental pollution, reducing accidents and combining all the cases were considered to achieve sustainability in the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company. By applying policies appropriate to each strategy and comparing their results, it was found that the behavior of the main variables of sustainability shows a better trend by adopting the Fifth Strategy (Comprehensive Development).
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> This research showed that sustainable development can be achieved by recognizing the factors affecting sustainability and causal relationship between them and evaluating and analyzing comprehensive sustainability policies based on the behavior of the main variables of sustainability.<strong>Objective:</strong> Today, one of the most important concerns of the oil industry is sustainable development. In this regard, relying on organizational assets and capitals ensures success. One of the key assets of the creative industry is the competencies of leaders. The purpose of this study is to design a competency model for creative industry leaders. This model is used to select and hire leaders, develop and train them, identify the talents of creative industries, promote and appoint them.
<strong>Methods:</strong> In this paper, both qualitative and quantitative approaches in two main steps were used. In the first step, the main competencies of creative industries leaders identified and in the second step, the conceptual model od competencies developed.
<strong>Results:</strong> To identify competencies, Systematic Literature Review (SLR) has been used and 50 competencies have been identified. Then, through Discrete Consensus Support Method (DCSM), these competencies are filtered, reduced and reached to 40 cases. Finally, through the Structural Interpretive Modeling (ISM), the conceptual model of 16 competencies has been developed. In four levels: basic, behavioral, technical and excellence.

Therefore, considering the purpose of the research, which is to design a multi-objective model of closed-loop supply chain networks in the automotive industry according to energy efficiency and time efficiency plans, we try to model the closed-loop supply chain in the automotive industry.
<strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, we use the MOPSO method to facilitate its implementation and its ability to provide good convergence, as well as to maintain a proper balance between exploitation and exploration, as well as the NSGA II genetic algorithm.
<strong>Results:</strong> In the study of the findings of the proposed algorithms, it found that the average error resulting from these algorithms is less than 0.04. The results also show that the proposed algorithms have the necessary efficiency in solving these problems.
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> We note the significant findings of our model as follows: (1) An efficient closed-loop network that shows the economic benefits of considering the value of time due to the recycling of worn-out products. In this study, exploratory factor analysis has been used to measure divergent validity and the accuracy and significance of the relationships between these variables and confirmation of the measurement and structural model by confirmatory factor analysis or structural equations based on PLS and SPSS and Smart PLS software have been investigated. <br /><strong>Results:</strong> The exogenous structures of the model together account for 62% of the variance of the structure of open innovation success, and the structures of the regulatory and regulatory environment, financial support and intermediary institutions have the most relevance and importance in the success of open innovation, respectively.
