Objective: If important details such as sustainability and resilience are not taken into account in supply chains, the risk of potential threats increases. One of the crucial factors in increasing supply chain resilience is the management of cash flows, especially the management of payable accounts. Managing this factor will lead to better use of financial resources. This study creates a model to optimize the repayment schedules of payable accounts.
Methods: To optimize the model, a genetic algorithm was used and simulation was applied to calculate the suitability function. The objective function included the costs of stopping production lines, the costs of producing defective products, and the costs of borrowing for suppliers. The produced output determined the suppliers and the amount of payment to them in each period.
Results: Investigating the feasibility of applying the proposed method was the main finding of this study, and the obtained results proved the model as efficient.
Conclusion: The model used real data from the automotive industry and the results showed that the proposed model has the ability to reduce the costs up to 44.7%.

Objective: The serious competition among businesses has given more attention to new product development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a new product development framework relying on the digital banking approach applied by Mellat Bank.
Methods: This is a qualitative, descriptive, and applied study, conducted based on the grounded theory. Interviews were conducted with 12 managers of different levels of Mellat Bank and university professors with sufficient experience in the field of new digital product development. Data was gathered by purposeful sampling until theoretical saturation with the help of Version 7 of Atlas T software. Strauss and Corbin's method along with the three techniques of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding were used to analyze the data.
Results: A total of 122 final codes were obtained from the 12 conducted interviews. The initial model, including 6 factors for new product development with a digital banking approach, was identified: driving factors (internal and external causes), new digital product development (new product development, planning, and evaluation), strategies (influence on the market, diversification, market development, new and innovative product development), outcomes (customers as well as organizational, market and economic outcomes), intervening factors (environmental, managerial and organizational) and contextual factors (culture, political and legal, process barriers), organizational characteristics and environmental context) were compiled.
Conclusion: Through the new product development model with digital banking approach, the new products can be presented according to the customers’ needs. Also, feasibility and evaluation of the target market, if scientifically reviewed, can lead to the success of new product development, which will bring both customer satisfaction and productivity as well as competitive advantage to the bank.

Objective: Multi-attribute utility theory is one of the approaches in multi-attribute decision-making. It is developed based on the logic of the expected utility theory. The main difference between the methods derived from the expected utility theory and multi-attribute decision-making methods is defining the role of the value function. The prospect theory was emerged to criticize the expected utility theory. An issue open to controversy in the field of decision-making is how to apply the prospect theory in developing multi-attribute decision-making methods. Some research has attempted to address the issue in recent years, yet there are shortcomings in applying this theory in multi-attribute decision-making methods, including determining the reference point. The prospect theory calculations permit any reference point to be involved but do not allow multiple reference points to be considered simultaneously. In this area, theories capable of providing interaction of several references points simultaneously are needed.
Methods: In this paper, three reference points were used and considered simultaneously to develop a multi-attribute utility theory model.
Results: The developed model was presented in the form of definitions and mathematical relations and its applicability was shown using an example and based upon the data related to the selection of aircraft suppliers.
Conclusion: The proposed model is able to solve the problem of not paying attention to multiple reference points simultaneously and can cover the research gap in the field of decision-making literature.

Objective: This paper sought to develop a food supply chain model that integrates the operational decisions (vehicle routing and scheduling) with strategic decisions (cross-docking centers locating) in a hub network, considering life - real constraints and the perishable nature.
Methods: In this research, an integer Goal programming model for location, timing, and vehicle routing problems is proposed with the possibility of split demand for fresh items in which the impact of perishability is considered as the second objective besides the total cost. Accordingly, an augmented -constraint method was used to generate a Pareto optimal for these conflicting objectives. This model was implemented in CPLEX software, 20.1 version.
Results: Previous studies neither considered the perishable nature of the items in cross-docking locations nor the split delivery vehicle routing scheduling models. The most important aspect of innovation in this research was that the characteristics of split demand in improving the timing of vehicles were used and in addition to improving the cost function, the value of the second objective function (network accountability) was also increased dramatically. The results of sensitivity analysis on some parameters such as shelf life of products (SL), quality reduction point (QRP), and capacity of vehicles (Q), showed the efficiency of the proposed model.
Conclusion: Finally, the proposed model was utilized in random data and numerical results, and some managerial insights were provided. Comparing the results of the proposed model with the benchmark model in equal experimental conditions, the efficiency of the proposed model was confirmed. Cross-docking is nowadays used by many companies and industries and the provided model by this study can be applied especially for time-sensitive products.

Objective: As project portfolio strategic planning (PPSP) is a strategic action in project-based organizations, its execution needs to be followed by structured stages. Via identifying the effective elements on (PPSP), especially the missed elements in previous models, the present study aimed to propose a step-based framework for execution.
Methods: This research utilized thematic analysis to identify the related themes from the literature. The themes were then analyzed by forming a thematic network. Next, by conducting interviews with 12 selected experts, using the snowball method, the obtained findings were reviewed and verified by the Delphi process. A framework for PPSP was developed based on the organizing themes and again verified by experts, repeating the Delphi process. The process was eventually completed by presenting a framework.
Results: This study identified 12 basic themes, 4 organizing themes, and one global theme for PPSP. Based on the organizing themes, key elements of PPSP included: 1) Necessity of scenario-based approach in PPSP, 2) Determining divergent visions for future of portfolios, 3) Drawing the portfolio changes path from past to present and future in the form of a roadmap, and 4) Monitoring and analyzing both changes in scenarios and portfolio status simultaneously as a basis for portfolio preplanning.
Conclusion: Based on the key elements of PPSP and other findings of this research a "conceptual", "process-based" and "descriptive-prescriptive" framework for PPSP was offered and its conduction was explained in six steps: 1) Documenting project portfolio history, 2) Documenting project portfolio current status, 3) Determining project portfolio visions in different scenarios, 4) Preparing a roadmap to move from current status towards vision status, 5) Assessing realization of scenarios, and 6) Monitoring, analyzing, and preplanning the portfolio.

Objective: In today's turbulent world, supply chains face a variety of disruptions that cause disruption or reduction of flow in them. One way to deal with supply chain disruptions is through resilience strategies. In this paper, a two-stage scenario-based model was developed considering two disruptions in the multilevel blood supply chain as well as their effects.
Methods: First, by examining different articles, the research gap was investigated and then the mathematical modeling was done. Also, to deal with uncertainty, two-stage stochastic programming was used. Finally, in order to face the multi-objective nature of the model, the model was solved by Torabi and Hosseini method.
Results: The proposed model was solved using the Torabi and Hosseini method in the real case, i.e. the blood supply chain of Tehran, in a suitable period of time by GAMS software.
Conclusion: The achieved results of the present study proved that adopting strategies such as redundancy, flexibility, and expanding social responsibility makes it is possible to make the blood supply chain resilient and reduce the shortage when faced with disruptions.
