Objective: The present work proposes a mathematical model for a four-echelon supply chain network for a seasonal product with stochastic demand. The supply chain structure includes a supplier, a producer, a distributor, and a retailer with three sale channels.
Methods: The methodology introduced in this paper is a fundamental yet practical one that expands the knowledge of modeling for omnichannel supply chain and examines the outcomes in a real case study using a quantitative approach. In this case study, the retailer and the distributor are decision-makers, who decide the optimum order quantity. First, the centralized and decentralized models are identified. Second, the optimum order quantity for each model is determined, and finally, the results are verified using a numerical approach. Further, a sensitivity analysis is performed on the parameters that affect the profits obtained by members and the supply chain.
Results: Numerical examples show that the supply chain profit in the centralized model is more than the decentralized model, which correctly predicts the models and the estimated optimum order quantities.
Conclusion: The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the expected value of the members and the supply chain profit will increase when the final selling price and production capacity are increased. However, the increasing rate of profit obtained by increasing the selling price is higher than that of production capacity.

Objective: In this paper, we introduce a new model in the interesting domain of deteriorating item inventory control models. In our model, we consider inspection and inspection errors in which literature models are noticeably rare.
Methods: We conduct a vast literature study resulting in a proper understanding of literature shortcomings, and develop a new model via operational research model building methods. To solve and analyze the model we implement analytical continuous methods. The MATLAB (R2016b) software tools are used for sensitivity analysis and further study.
Results: The assumptions of inspection and inspection errors in deteriorating item inventory control models lead to a more realistic model. Also, numerical results show the importance and effect of such assumptions.
Conclusion: We provide a number of profit increasing managerial insights based on values of order quantity, inspection time, replenishment period, etc., via the solution and sensitivity analysis of the new model.

Objective: Nowadays, entering the field of quality management is one of particular importance to organizations. This is due to the intense competition, globalization and diversified product services that have made the need for quality development at all levels in organizations inevitable. The country's banking system is no exception because of the fierce competition. Organizational Excellence Models are the tools that guide organizations along this path. Organizations including the country's banking network, are adopting a variety of approaches within their organization to realize the values of excellence models. However, the limitation of available resources such as cost, manpower, organizational culture, etc. does not allow all of these approaches to be deployed. Therefore, the key question is which approaches will have the most impact on quality improvement.
Methods: The main purpose of this study is to explore the dynamic relationships between approaches and criteria and sub-criteria of EFQM organizational excellence model. For this purpose, first, the usual approaches in organizational excellence model are extracted and due to their high volume, they are clustered by fuzzy clustering method and finally, causal loops between variables are extracted by system dynamics method.
Results: The result of leading research is the causal linkage model between the categories of common approaches in the organizational excellence model.
Conclusion: Conclusion: In this study, common approaches in I.R. Iran’s banking network are identified and during of using system dynamics, it is possible to simulate the behavior of the system using causal loops.
