شناسایی و اولویتبندی اقدامات زنجیره تأمین بشردوستانه برای تأمین مواد غذایی ضروری قبل از زمین لرزه
هدف: نگرانی درباره تأمین مواد غذایی یک از دغدغههای اصلی قبل از وقوع زمین لرزه است. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه مدل مفهومی «اقدامات زنجیره تأمین بشردوستانه برای تأمین مواد غذایی ضروری قبل از زمین لرزه» و اولویتبندی ابعاد آن است.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از نظر ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی به شمار میرود. ابتدا پس از بررسی ادبیات نظری و انجام مصاحبه، پرسشنامه اولیهای طراحی شد و در اختیار نمونه آماری قرار گرفت. با استفاده از 281 پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده، مدل اندازهگیری اقدامات زنجیره تأمین بشردوستانه برای تأمین مواد غذایی قبل از زمین لرزه با 7 متغیر مکنون و 19 زیرشاخص به دست آمد؛ سپس به کمک روش فرایند تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی فازی، اهمیت هر یک از ابعاد و زیر شاخصها مشخص شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهد که ابعاد اصلی «نظارت»، «آموزش»، «آمادگی برای لجستیک و توزیع»، مهمترین ابعاد مدل هستند. از آزمون میانگین برای سنجش عملکرد هر شاخص استفاده شد.
نتیجهگیری: در نهایت با استفاده از ماتریس اهمیت ـ عملکرد اقدامات اولویتبندی شدند. امید است نتایج این تحقیق راهنمای خوبی برای مدیران و تصمیمگیران حوزه زنجیره تأمین بشردوستانه برای درک بهتر اقدامات به منظور تأمین مواد غذایی قبل از زمین لرزه باشد.

پیشبینی کارایی به کمک تأثیرپذیری غیرخطی از تأخیرهای زمانی در تحلیل پوششی دادهها با شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی
هدف: یکی از شیوههای مرسوم ارزیابی کارایی هر سازمان یا بنگاه، مقایسه آن با سایر رقبا یا نمونههای متناظر آن است. با این حال، در برخی پژوهشها به سنجش کارایی یک واحد در مقایسه با خود در مرور زمان پرداخته شده و روند عملکرد یک واحد نسبت به گذشته خود ارزیابی شده است. هدف پژوهش جاری، پیشبینی کارایی یک واحد با استفاده از سریهای زمانی عملکرد گذشته آن است. روش: این پژوهش به کمک مدل SBM و با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی دادهها به مقایسه و سنجش کارایی یک واحد در گامهای زمانی مختلف پرداخته و خروجی آن را به عنوان عناصر آموزش یک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در نظر گرفته است تا کارایی گامهای زمانی بعدی پیشبینی شود. یافتهها: مورد مطالعه این پژوهش، یک واحد صنعتی بزرگ در صنعت فولاد کشور است که پس از سنجش کارایی، روند نزولی عملکرد آن طی ده سال ارائه شده است. با پیادهسازی ساختارهای مختلف از شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی، در نهایت یک شبکه عصبی بازگشتی با 10 نرون در لایه پنهان با الگوریتم آموزش پسانتشار بیزی توانست بهترین عملکرد را در پیشبینی کارایی آتی این واحد صنعتی کسب کند. نتیجهگیری: مزیت اساسی این پژوهش، ارائه پیشبینی کارایی برای آینده سازمان بر اساس دادههای موجود و با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر عوامل دورههای زمانی قبلی در کارایی دوره کنونی با رویکردی غیرخطی است. این موضوع موجب خواهد شد که تصویر روشنتری از عملکرد آتی سازمان فراهم آید، همان طور که در مورد مطالعه پژوهش حاضر، این موضوع رخ داده است.

مدیریت نوآوریهای اکتشافی ـ بهرهبردارانه در بخش بانکداری
هدف: مسئله اصلی بانکها این است که به چه میزان و چگونه در انواع فعالیتهای نوآورانه سرمایهگذاری کنند؟ فعالیتهای نوآورانه بانکها در دو قطب پارادوکسی اکتشافی و بهرهبردارانه انجام میگیرد.
روش: برای پاسخ به این پرسش از روش مطالعه موردی طولی چندگانه استفاده شده است. در همین رابطه، چهار بانک برای مطالعه موردی انتخاب شد و در بازه زمانی 1385 تا 1396 به طور عمیق مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: پس از شناسایی تنشهای نوآوری اکتشافی و بهرهبردارانه در این بانکها، استراتژیهای پاسخ به این تنشها در هر بانک مشخص شد.
نتیجهگیری: استراتژیهای پاسخ بانکها در قالب 17 تم استخراج شدند و در چهار دسته کلی (بُعد) گزینش، جداسازی، موازنه و تعالی قرار گرفتند.

طراحی شبکه زنجیره تأمین سبز حلقه بسته همراه با تصمیمهای مالی در شرایط عدم قطعیت
هدف: طراحی اثربخش شبکههای زنجیره تأمین از الزامات توسعه اقتصاد در سطح خرد است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی یک شبکه زنجیره تأمین حلقهبسته با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد اقتصادی و زیستمحیطی توسعه به همراه تصمیمهای مالی است. تصمیمهای مالی شامل سرمایهگذاریهای غیر از زنجیره تأمین و وامهای دریافتی است. به عدم قطعیت تقاضا و بازگشت سرمایه مربوط به گزینههای دیگر سرمایهگذاری نیز توجه شده است.
روش: مسئله مورد بررسی چندمحصوله، چنددورهای، چندهدفه، غیرقطعی و حلقهبسته است که به وسیله یک مدل ریاضی برنامهریزی خطی عدد صحیح ترکیبی، مدلسازی شده است. برای مواجهه با عدم قطعیت پارامترهای تقاضا و بازگشت سرمایه، از روش مسیر سناریو استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی ملاحظه تصمیمهای مالی در طراحی شبکه زنجیره تأمین حلقهبسته سبز را نشان میدهد؛ زیرا با افزایش تعداد وامهای در دسترس، سطح خدمت ارائهشده به توزیعکنندگان افزایش مییابد. نتایج بهدستآمده بر اساس یک مورد مطالعه در صنعت بازیافت پلاستیک است.
نتیجهگیری: ملاحظه همزمان تصمیات مالی و عدم قطعیت مربوط به تقاضا و بازگشت سرمایه به بهبود سودآوری زنجیره تأمین منجر میشود.

تبیین نحوه تأثیر دوسوتوانی سازمانی بر ابعاد عملکردی سازمان در صنعت بانکداری (مطالعه موردی: شعب بانک استان گیلان)
هدف: دوسوتوانی سازمانی به ظرفیت سازمان در پیگیری همزمان دو هدف نامتجانس اشاره دارد و مهمترین معیار دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی شناخته میشود. در خصوص مفهوم دوسوتوانی و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد تحقیقات زیادی انجام شده است، اما مطالعات کمی به بررسی ابعاد دوگانه آن پرداختهاند. شواهد حاکی از آن است که دوسوتوانی برای بهبود مستمر عملکرد، ابزار ارزشمندی بهشمار میرود. در این پژوهش، دوسوتوانی سازهای با دو بعد تعادلی و ترکیبی در نظر گرفته شده و تلاش شده است رابطه بین این دو بعد که مبتنی بر سازوکارهای خاصی هستند، با عملکرد صنعت بانکداری سنجیده شود. روش: ابتدا با مطالعه ادبیات، مدل مفهومی پژوهش استخراج شد؛ سپس به منظور بررسی مدل و فرضیههای پژوهش، 161 شعبه بانک بررسی گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نیز از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده شد. یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها حاکی از وجود تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دوسوتوانی بر عملکرد است؛ به این معنا که چنانچه سازمان به حداکثر مقدار بهرهبرداری و اکتشاف دست یابد، عملکرد بهبود خواهد یافت. نتیجهگیری: در این پژوهش بر افزایش مقدار ترکیبی دو فعالیت بهرهبرداری و اکتشاف یا بر قدر مطلق اختلاف این دو فعالیت اشاره شد و با توجه به دو دیدگاه بیان شده، نقش دوسوتوانی بر عملکرد بررسی گردید. نتایج متضاد تحقیق در دو رویکرد تعادلی و ترکیبی نشان داد آنچه بر عملکرد تأثیر مثبت دارد، تعادل بین دو بعد بهرهبرداری و اکتشاف نیست و افزایش هر یک از دو بعد میتواند به بهبود عملکرد منجر شود.

تبیین نقش زنجیره تأمین یکپارچه برای رسیدن به تولید در کلاس جهانی در صنایع الکترونیک خانگی
هدف: در محیط پویا و پیچیده امروز، سازمانها و صنایع در سطح بینالمللی رقابت میکنند و تولید محصول در سطح کلاس جهانی، مقوله مهمی برای رقابت موفق در سطح جهان است. به منظور تحقق شاخصهای تولید در کلاس جهانی و رقابتپذیری، باید در سطح زنجیره صنایع، سازمانها و شرکا، یکپارچگی ایجاد شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط زنجیره تأمین یکپارچه و تولید در کلاس جهانی است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش، در دسته پژوهشهای توصیفی ـ همبستگی قرار میگیرد. جامعه آماری آن، شرکتهای تولیدکننده لوازم الکترونیک خانگی است و نمونهها به کمک روش نمونهبرداری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای شناسایی ابعاد و شاخصهای تولید در کلاس جهانی، از روش دلفی فازی استفاده شده است و اطلاعات لازم از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه محققساخته میان جامعه آماری گردآوری شدند. همچنین آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) در نرمافزار AMOS انجام گرفته است.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان میدهد سه بعد یکپارچگی داخلی، تأمینکننده و مشتری تأثیر معناداری بر دستیابی به تولید در کلاس جهانی میگذارند. تأثیر یکپارچگی مشتری بر تحویل تأیید نشد و در نهایت، ایجاد سطح بالای یکپارچگی داخلی در این صنعت بر تحویل به موقع و هزینه، در مقایسه با ابعاد دیگر یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین یکپارچه، تأثیر بیشتری میگذارد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق گویای آن است که شرکتهای مورد مطالعه باید برای دستیابی به شاخصهای تولید در کلاس جهانی از قبیل هزینه، نوآوری، کیفیت، تحویل، انعطافپذیری و خدمات پس از فروش، به یکپارچگی در زنجیره تأمین صنعت شامل یکپارچگی داخلی، یکپارچگی تأمینکنندگان و یکپارچگی مشتری اقدام کنند. نتایج این تحقیق به مدیران برای متمایز کردن تأثیرات ابعاد مختلف زنجیره تأمین یکپارچه بر تولید در کلاس جهانی کمک میکند.

کنترل موجودی در سیستمهای چند کالایی با تقاضای احتمالی توسط الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات (مطالعه موردی: شرکت نوین قطعه کاسپین)
هدف: کنترل موجودی و برنامهریزی سفارشها، یکی از مباحث مهم در تدوین سیاستهای اقتصادی واحدهای صنعتی است که نیازمند توجه به شرایط حاکم بر سازمان و بازار است. در این زمینه، تعیین تعادل بهینه بین مقدار موجودی، هزینههای سفارشدهی و هزینههای نگهداری، نقش بارزی در جلوگیری از اتلاف سرمایه و مواجه شدن با کمبود موجودی دارد. هدف این مقاله، کنترل موجودی در سیستمهای چند کالایی در شرایط تقاضای احتمالی و محدودیت انبار است.
روش: برای دستیابی به این هدف، دورههای افق برنامهریزی توسط بازههای زمانی کوچک در مدل عمومی سفارشهای دورهای جایگزین شد و با بهرهمندی از الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات به حل مسئله اقدام گردید.
یافتهها: نتیجه این اقدام، اتصال مقدار موجودی در دو زمان 1- t و t است. مزیت آن، پویایی مدل عمومی سفارشها به ویژه در شرایط عدم اطمینان فضای کسبوکار، به دلیل تغییرات شدید و نزدیک به هم شرایط بازار است که در کمک به مدیران هنگام تعیین مقدار اقتصادی در زمانهای مختلف با توجه به محدودیت فرمولهای قطعی، اهمیت دارد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی، مدل یاد شده برای چهار محصول شرکت نوین قطعه، پیادهسازی شد.
نتیجهگیری: از آنجا که در سازمانهای تولیدی، به دلیل وجود مواد اولیه، قطعات و موجودیهای در جریان، نقش کنترل موجودی مشهودتر است، میتوان با استفاده از روش پیشنهاد شده در پژوهش حاضر، جریانی را ایجاد کرد که با در نظر گرفتن زمان، مکان، تعداد، کیفیت و هزینه، ضمانتکننده اقلام و موجودی سازمان باشد.

ارائه سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم قاعده پایه هیبریدی برای مسئله EOQ به فرم برنامهریزی هندسی پوزینمیال با محدودیت خطی
هدف: حل مسئله تعیین اندازه اقتصادی سفارش با فرم برنامهریزی هندسی در فضای هیبریدی به کمک یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم قاعده پایه، هدف اصلی این مقاله است. دوری از پیچیدگیهای اجرای مسائل بهینهسازی و استفاده از دانش بهینه برای ساخت یک سیستم استنتاج که درک آن برای تصمیمگیرنده راحتتر است، از ویژگیهای اصلی این مقاله محسوب میشود.
روش: استفاده از متغیرهای تصمیم غیر قطعی، استخراج دانش بهینه از مسئله بهینهسازی هیبریدی و به کار بردن این دانش در طراحی سیستم استنتاج هیبریدی رویکرد اصلی این مقاله است.
یافتهها: سیستم استنتاج هیبریدی توسعه داده شده در 100 مسئله تصادفی استفاده شد و نتایج آن با مقادیر بهینه به دست آمده از حل مسئله برنامهریزی هندسی مقایسه گردید. افزون بر 97 درصدِ انحرافات مقدار تابع هدف از جواب بهینه، کمتر از 2 درصد بود. این موضوع در خصوص متغیرهای تصمیم نیز صدق میکند. این نتایج نشان میدهد که سیستم استنتاج هیبریدی برای به کارگیری به عنوان یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم بهینهگرا، کارایی بالایی دارد و به نتایج آن میتوان اعتماد کرد.
نتیجهگیری: مهمترین ویژگی مدل ارائه شده این است که بر خلاف سایر مقالات در ادبیات موضوع، مسئله بهینهسازی را با یک پایگاه قواعدِ گرفته شده از خبرگان جایگزین نمیکند، بلکه رویکردی برای ساختن پایگاه قواعد بهینه از مدل بهینهسازی ارائه میدهد. در این رویکرد با جایگزینی توزیع هیبریدی بهینه به جای مقدار قطعی بهینه برای متغیرهای تصمیم، تمام تصمیمات بهینهای که ممکن است در آینده لازم باشد را به تصمیمگیرندگان ارائه میدهد.
