مقایسه عملکرد روش های رگرسیون آماری و فازی در تخمین تابع تقاضای بنزین (مطالعۀ موردی در ایران)
بنزین از کلیدیترین فرآوردههای انرژی در حملونقل مسافر در ایران بهشمار میرود. مصرف روزافزون بنزین و نیاز به سیاستگذاریهای صحیح در راستای مدیریت تقاضای بنزین، شناخت ساختار تقاضای فرآوردة بنزین را به اولویت بسیاری از برنامههای تحقیقاتی در ایران بدل ساخته است. یکی از مهمترین چالشهای موجود در این میان، درنظرگرفتن نااطمینانیهای ناشی از شکستهای ساختاری اقتصادی، تغییر در سیاستگذاریها، نبودن دادههای دقیق و ابهام در روند آتی است. این تحقیق تلاش میکند با بهرهگیری از الگوهای متنوع شبیهسازی، به شناختی بهتر از عوامل مؤثر بر تقاضای بنزین در ایران دست یابد. از اینرو، با استفاده از رگرسیونهای آماری و فازی، به تخمین تابع تقاضای بنزین در ایران در بازة زمانی 1360-1386 پرداختیم و متغیرهای مؤثر بر تقاضای بنزین معرفی شدند. سپس مدلهای دو روش با استفاده از معیارهای استاندارد مقایسه شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد علیرغم برتری نسبی روش رگرسیون آماری، دو روش آماری و فازی دارای دقت کافی و عملکرد مناسب در برآورد و پیشبینی تقاضای سرانة بنزین در ایران هستند. همچنین، از میان متغیرهای تخمین، تنها سه متغیر قیمت بنزین، متغیر سهم سرانة خوردو و متغیر روند دارای اثر معنادار بر متغیر وابستة مصرف سرانة بنزین است و متغیر درآمد سرانه اثر معناداری بر مصرف سرانة بنزین ندارد.

ارائة مدلی برای انتخاب سبد پروژه با آثار متقابل و اشتراک منابع بین پروژه ای با استفاده از شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی
انبوه پروژههای سازمانی و پیچیدگیهای تصمیمگیری پیرامون آنها موجب میشود مدیریت و رهبری پروژه، چالشهای ویژة خود را داشته باشد. از اینرو و بهمنظور استفادة مطلوب از فرصتها و داراییهای سازمان، لازم است مدیران با استقرار سیستم مدیریت جامع چندوجهی، سبد پروژة سازمان را تشکیل دهند و با لحاظ توجیههای مناسب اقتصادی، فنی و اجتماعی آن را به انجام برسانند. همچنین، کمبود منابع موجب میشود مدیران همواره بهدنبال انتخاب تعدادی از پروژههای ممکن بهمنظور اجرا یا اولویتبندی باشند. در این تحقیق، با درنظرگرفتن آثار متقابل معیارها و اشتراک منابع پروژههای سازمان، رویکردی برای ارزیابی و انتخاب پروژهها ارائه شد. در این مدل دومرحلهای، ابتدا با تشکیل یک الگوریتم شاخه و کران و با درنظرگرفتن اشتراک منابع پروژهها، سبدهای بیشینه مشخص شد و سپس کارایی هرکدام از این سبدها با استفاده از مدل شبکة عصبی مصنوعی ارزیابی شد تا سبدهای پروژه بر این اساس رتبهبندی شوند. علاوهبراین، بین درجههای کارایی روش مورد استفاده در این مقاله با روشهای DEA و COLS همبستگی قابل قبولی وجود دارد.

موازنة زمان- هزینه برای بیشینهسازی ارزش خالص فعلی پیمانکار با الگوهای پرداخت هزینه و محدودیت منابع با استفاده از الگوریتمهای تکاملی (مطالعة موردی: بخش محدودی از پروژة احداث پالایشگاه میعانات گازی بندرعباس)
گزینههای انتخابی برای زمانبندی ترتیب فعالیتهای پروژه برای اتمام پروژه، جواب منحصربهفرد ندارد، بلکه مجموعهای از جوابها را شامل میشود که هیچکدام بر دیگری ترجیح ندارند؛ بنابراین، انتخاب بهترین گزینه برای انجامدادن فعالیتها مهم است، بهطوریکه هزینه و زمان انجامدادن پروژه، متناسب با دیدگاه پیمانکار یا کارفرما باشد. درنتیجه، در این تحقیق فعالیتهای بخشی از پروژة احداث پالایشگاه میعانات گازی بندرعباس شامل 35 فعالیت و دارای دو منابع تجدیدپذیر شامل نیروی انسانی و ماشینآلات بهعنوان مسئلة نمونه انتخاب شد و برای حل آن یک مدل ریاضی زمانبندی پروژه با اهداف چندگانه بر مبنای الگوهای پرداخت هزینه و ملاحظه محدودیت منابع ارائه شد. از آنجاکه این مسئله از جمله مسائل بهینهسازی ترکیبی در خانوادة مسائل NP-hardمحسوب میشود، برای حل مدل پیشنهادی از الگوریتمهای تکاملی چندهدفه NSGA-II و MOPSO برای زمانبندی پروژه استفاده شد و عملکرد الگوریتمها با استفاده از شاخصهای مقایسهای مقایسه شدند. درنهایت، برای اعتبارسنجی، جوابهای الگوریتم پیشنهادی با جوابهای دقیق از نرمافزار GAMS مقایسه شد که نتایج نشان میدهد الگوریتم پیشنهادی کارا و همگرا به جواب بهینه است.

بهینه سازی همزمان چند هدفه فرایند دادرسی کیفری به کمک شبیه سازی کآمپیوتری گسسته- پیشامد و طراحی آزمایش ها
تجزیه و تحلیل سیستمهای پیچیدة خدماتی با درنظرگرفتن الگوهای تصادفی آنها به کمک روشهای مدلسازی ریاضی بسیار پیچیده یا احتمالاً ناممکن است؛ بنابراین مشاهده میشود راهکارهای بهبود بیشتر متکی بر استفاده از تجربیات خبرگان فن و تحلیلهای توصیفی است. در مقالة حاضر، با بهرهگیری از رویکرد شبیهسازی کامپیوتری گسسته- پیشامد، نظام دادرسی کیفری در دادگاهی برگزیده در کشورمان تجزیه و تحلیل کمّی شد و در آن با استفاده از ابزارهای آماری مانند طراحی آزمایشها، آزمون فرض، تحلیل رگرسیون، روشهای تحلیل حساسیت و بهینهسازی چندهدفه، راهکارهای عملیاتی مناسب برای بهبود زوج شاخص عملکردی سیستم ارائه شد. نتایج شبیهسازی نشان داد با بهرهگیری سناریوهای پیشنهادی میتوان کاهش 27 درصدی در میانگین زمان دادرسی و بهطور همزمان کاهش 80 درصدی در متوسط مراجعههای مکرر به این دادگاه انتظار داشت. همچنین، با اجرای آزمون فرض بر چند متغیرهای پاسخ مصنوعی، اعتبارسنجی مدل شبیهسازی برای حصول به جزئیات تحلیلی بیشتر دنبال شد.

پیکره بندی شبکة زنجیرة تأمین یکپارچة راهبردی تصادفی
امروزه یکپارچهسازی فرایندهای زنجیرة تأمین بهعنوان مزیت رقابتی شرکتها مطرح است و معمولاً بدون درنظرگرفتن این دو عامل کلیدی متحمل هزینههای زیادی میشوند. بررسی پیکربندیهای زنجیرة تأمین در سطح راهبردی با دادههای تصادفی میتواند مکمل مناسبی برای رویکردهای قبلی باشد. این تحقیق ابزاری را برای بهنیهسازی زنجیرة تأمین فراهم میآورد تا مدیران در طراحی شبکههای تولید و توزیع در شرایط بیاطمینانی از آن استفاده کنند. مسئلة مورد نظر در این تحقیق ایجاد زیرساختهای زنجیرة تأمین، خرید، انتقال و موجودی مواد اولیه، تولید، انتقال موجودی محصول نهایی برای دستیابی به حداکثر سود و حداقلکردن تغییرپذیری سود و تقاضای برآوردهنشده است. در این تحقیق، مدل بهینهسازی استوار عدد صحیح مختلط آرمانی چندهدفه با دادههای تقاضای تصادفی ارائه میشود. بهمنظور درک بیشتر، مثال عددی ارائه میشود که با استفاده از نرمافزار LINDO حل و سپس اعتبارسنجی مدل بررسی شد که بیانگر بهبود اهداف در مدل است.

شناسایی و رتبه بندی ملاحظات صنعت و فناوری در انتقال فناوری های پیشرفته در سطوح گوناگون آمادگی فناوری (TRLs)
موضوع اصلی پژوهش حاضر مطالعة ملاحظات صنعت و فناوری در فرایند انتقال فناوریهای پیشرفته توأم با درنظرگرفتن سطوح آمادگی فناوری است. به اهمیت این موضوع از این منظر تأکید میشود که سطوح گوناگون آمادگی فناوری، ملاحظات ویژهای دارد و درنظرگرفتن آن از مخاطرات انتقال فناوریهای پیشرفته میکاهد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبهبندی ملاحظات صنعت و فناوری در انتقال فناوریهای پیشرفته در سطوح گوناگون آمادگی فناوری است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و دادههای آن به شیوة آمیخته گردآوری شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد 32 جزء در قالب هفت بُعد بهعنوان ملاحظات صنعت و فناوری بر انتقال فناوریهای پیشرفته تأثیرگذار است. تأثیر این عوامل در سطوح گوناگون آمادگی فناوری، متفاوت است. بهگونهای که با پیشرفتن بهسوی سطوح آمادگی بالاتر (از 1 تا 9)، تأثیر ملاحظات صنعت از تأثیر ملاحظات فناوری بیشتر میشود. براساس نتایج پژوهش، درنظرگرفتن ملاحظات صنعت و فناوری و میزان تأثیر آن در سطوح گوناگون آمادگی فناوری، به شرکتهایی توصیه میشود که در حوزة انتقال فناوریهای پیشرفته فعالیت میکنند.

مکانیابی پناهگاهها و مراکز امدادی- مخابراتی با درنظرگرفتن عدم قطعیت در زمان بحران (مطالعة موردی: بحران سیل در منطقة 3 تهران)
از مهمترین مسائلی که باید همواره در مدیریت بحران به آن توجه شود، اسکان موقت جمعیت آسیبدیده، تأمین کالاهای امدادی، طراحی و ایجاد بستر مخابراتی مناسب برای برقراری ارتباطات در زمان بحران است. به این منظور، در این مقاله با ارائة مدلی به مکانیابی پناهگاهها برای اسکان موقت جمعیت آسیبدیده، انبارهای کالاهای امدادی و نیز دکلهای مخابراتی پرداخته میشود، بهطوریکه انبارهای کالاهای امدادی و دکلهای مخابراتی در یک تسهیل، با عنوان مرکز امدادی- مخابراتی، برای کاهش هزینهها و ارائة خدمات بهتر درنظر گرفته شد. همچنین، برای افزایش قابلیت اطمینان در مدیریت بحران از انبارهای پشتیبان استفاده شد و مدل بهصورت دوهدفه و غیر خطی ارائه شد که ابتدا نرمالسازی و سپس خطی شد. همچنین، با توجه به محیط و شرایط ناپایدار در بحرانهای طبیعی، مدل مذکور با نبودن قطعیت و بهصورت فازی درنظر گرفته شد. درنهایت، مدل توسعهدادهشده برای مطالعة موردی بحران سیل در منطقة سه تهران پیادهسازی شد که نتایج نشان میدهد درصورت مکانیابی بهینة تسهیلات مذکور میتوان به تصمیمگیرندگان امر مدیریت بحران در این منطقه، برای افزایش خدمترسانی در هنگام بحران کمک شایانی کرد.

شناسایی و اولویت بندی معیارهایی برای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین خدمات
بحث مدیریت زنجیرة تأمین و ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیرة تأمین در شرکتهای خدماتی در مقایسه با شرکتهای تولیدی بسیار کم و محدود است؛ بنابراین ضرورت مطالعات بیشتر در این حوزه وجود دارد. از اینرو، هدف از این مقاله شناسایی و اولویتبندی شاخصهای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیرة تأمین خدمات است؛ بنابراین در ابتدا با مرور ادبیات موضوع به تعریف فرایندهای زنجیرة تأمین پرداخته شد. سپس معیارهای اندازهگیری این فرایندها تشریح شد. بعد از استخراج معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد، این معیارها با شاخصهای مدل اسکور و سروکوال دستهبندی شدند و درخت تصمیمگیری طراحی شد. در ادامه، پرسشنامه تهیه و در بین مدیران هتلهای پنج ستارة شهر تهران، بهعنوان خبرگان صنعت خدمات، توزیع شد. بعد از جمعآوری پرسشنامه از روش AHP فازی برای اولویتبندی معیارها استفاده شد. درنهایت، تحلیلها انجام گرفت و معیارها دستهبندی شد. نتایج نشان میدهد شاخص قابلیت اطمینان دارای بالاترین اولویت و شاخص ملموسبودن دارای کمترین اهمیت در زنجیرة تأمین خدمات است.

بهکارگیری F-PROMETHEE برای ارزیابی و رتبهبندی پیمانکاران پروژههای عمرانی (مطالعة موردی: انبوهسازان مسکن مهر شهر جدید هشتگرد)
در این مقاله، مدلی برای ارزیابی و رتبهبندی پروژههای عمرانی ارائه میشود. این مدل بر پایة شش شاخص کلیدی و در چارچوبی مفهومی ارائه شد. شاخصهای اصلی ارزیابی عبارتاند از: حسن سابقه، توان تجهیزاتی، توانمندی مدیریت و نیروی انسانی متخصص، توانمندی اقتصادی و مالی، تجربه و توانمندیهای فنی. شاخصهای مذکور و وزن آنها از مطالعات پیشین استخراج شدند. بهدلیل اینکه برخی ابعاد مورد ارزیابی دارای ابهام بودند و اندازهگیری آنها با شاخصهای کمی امکانپذیر نبود، در فرایند ارزیابی از اعداد فازی استفاده شد. سپس روش PROMETHEE فازی برای انجامدادن رتبهبندی بهکار رفت. برای آزمون مدل و بهعنوان مطالعهای موردی، انبوهسازان مسکن مهر شهر جدید هشتگرد رتبهبندی شدند. این مدل میتواند برای ارزیابی و رتبهبندی پیمانکاران انواع پروژههای عمرانی استفاده شود.
