زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه (PM) با استفاده از برنامهریزی عدد صحیح و برنامهریزی محدودیتی
زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه بهمعنای انجام فعالیتها و وظایف پیشگیرانه بهمنظور کاهش یا حذف توقف تولید و حداکثرکردن قابلیت اطمینان تجهیزات است. مدلهای ریاضی ارائهشده برای زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه، با محدودیتهایی چون، تعیین ترکیب انجام کارها توسط کارگران قبل از مدلسازی، تکمنبعیبودن و نداشتن کارایی محاسباتی مواجهاند، به همین دلیل برخی از پژوهشگران از الگوریتمهای هوش مصنوعی برای حل مسائل زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه استفاده کردهاند. هدف این پژوهش زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه با استفاده از برنامهریزی محدودیتی است. برنامهریزی محدودیتی تلفیقی از برنامهریزی ریاضی و هوش مصنوعی است. مدلسازی در برنامهریزی ریاضی، طراحی انسانی هوشمند است، ولی در برنامهریزی محدودیتی الگوریتمها هوشمندند. در این پژوهش دو مدل برنامهریزی محدودیتی جدید برای زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه پیشنهاد شده است که ضمن بینیازبودن به تعیین ترکیب انجام کارها توسط کارگران، در حالت چندمنبعی بهکار برده میشود. جوابهای بهدستآمده از مثالهای عددی با مدلهای ریاضی مقایسه شدند و روایی مدل برنامهریزی محدودیتی بهاثبات رسید. نتایج بیانگر توانایی برنامهریزی محدودیتی در مدلسازی و حل مسائل زمانبندی تعمیرات پیشگیرانه است.

تحلیل حساسیت برای تعیین حاشیۀ امنیت کارایی واحدهای تصمیمگیری در مدل تحلیل پوششی دادهها (مطالعۀ موردی: گروههای آموزشی دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ)
یکی از کاربردیترین روشهای سنجش کارایی، استفاده از مدلهای تحلیل پوششی دادههاست. تحلیل پوششی دادهها برای چند واحد تصمیمگیری همگن (واحدهایی با ورودیهای یکسان و خروجیهای یکسان) کارایی نسبی را اندازه میگیرد و واحدهای کارا و ناکارا را شناسایی میکند. از آنجاکه کارایی محاسبهشده برای واحدهای تصمیمگیری، در روش تحلیل پوششی دادهها بهصورت نسبی است، طبیعی است که هر واحد با تلاش و بهبود عملکرد خود سعی میکند تا در رقابت با دیگران جایگاه کارای خود را از دست ندهد و حتی آن را ارتقا بخشد. فاصلهای که هر واحد تصمیمگیری از نظر کارایی با سایر واحدها دارد، حاشیۀ امنیتی را برای کارایی آن واحد ایجاد میکند. این مفهوم را نخستینبار نویسندۀ مقاله با عنوان «حاشیۀ امنیت کارایی» معرفی کرده است. در این نوشتار ضمن تبیین مفهوم حاشیۀ امنیت کارایی و اهمیت آن، الگوریتمی برای سنجش این پارامتر در گروههای آموزشی دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ ارائه میشود.

توسعۀ مدل پذیرش فناوری در بانکداری ایران (پژوهشی پیرامون بانک رفاه)
سازمانهای امروزی برای دستیابی به موفقیت و بقا به فناوریهای نوین و استفاده از آن نیاز دارند. تلاشهای مدیریت فناوری زمانی به نتیجه میرسد که مشتریان فناوری جدید را بپذیرند و بهطور مستمر از آن استفاده کنند. علاوهبراین، پذیرش فناوریهای نوین در لحظه اتفاق نمیافتد، فرایندی است که طی زمان شکل میگیرد و با استفادۀ مستمر، پذیرش موفق صورت میگیرد. در این مقاله ضمن مرور مطالعات انجامگرفته در زمینۀ مدل پذیرش فناوری ارائهشدۀ دیویس از زمان معرفی تا کنون، تلاش شده است با در نظر گرفتن متغیرهای مدل پذیرش فناوری اولیه و افزودن متغیرهای عادت، توانایی استفاده و تبلیغات که کمتر به آن توجه شده است، مدلی از پذیرش فناوری با توجه به وضعیت اجتماعی و فرهنگی ایران معرفی شود. پس از شناسایی متغیرها، برای بررسی روابط میان آنها پرسشنامهای طراحی شد و با پاسخ خبرگان بخش فناوری اطلاعات بانک رفاه به پرسشنامه، دادههای جمعآوری شده بهکمک روش دیماتل فازی تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد استفادۀ مستمر از فناوری (بانکداری الکترونیکی)، عادت به فناوری را افزایش میدهد و هرچه عادت افزایش یابد، استفاده از فناوری بیشتر میشود؛ در واقع یک چرخۀ تقویتی قوی بهوجود خواهد آمد.

شناسایی اولویت های رقابتی و تعیین رابطة آن با مزیت های رقابتی منبع محور (مطالعة موردی: شرکت های مستقر در شهرک صنعتی رشت)
: با توجه به تغییرات گسترده در بازارهای جهانی و داخلی، حفظ مزیتهای رقابتی برای شرکتهای تولیدی بسیار دشوار شده است. یکی از عوامل اساسی که تأثیر زیادی بر حفظ مزیتهای رقابتی این بنگاهها دارد، داشتن تصویری شفاف از اولویتهای رقابتی شرکت است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و شناخت اولویتهای رقابتی با توجه به شرایط جدید رقابتی و همچنین بررسی تأثیر این اولویتها بر مزیتهای رقابتی منبعمحور است. این مقاله پس از معرفی رویکردهای مختلف تدوین راهبرد، به معرفی رویکرد منبعمحور، یعنی رویکرد مد نظر مقاله میپردازد. بهمنظور آزمون فرضیهها، نظرهای 142 نفر از مدیران شرکتهای صنعتی شهرک صنعتی رشت، در قالب پرسشنامه جمعآوری شد. بهکمک روشهای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی، تجزیهوتحلیلها انجام گرفت. درنهایت هشت عامل کیفیت، هزینه، تحویل، انعطافپذیری، حفاظت از محیط زیست، نوآوری، دانش فنی و تمرکز بر مشتری، اولویتهای رقابتی تأثیرگذار بر مزیتهای رقابتی شناخته شدند. در این میان مؤلفههای تمرکز بر مشتری و هزینه، بهترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر را در کسب مزیتهای رقابتی داشتند.

زمانبندی مقاوم و پایدار برای محیط کار کارگاهی منعطف با شکست تصادفی ماشین
پژوهش پیش رو، رویکردی را بهمنظور ایجاد زمانبندی مقاوم و پایدار برای محیط کار کارگاهی منعطف، زمانی که شکست تصادفی ماشین وجود دارد، پیشنهاد میکند. بهمنظور بررسی وضعیت شکست ماشین از شبیهسازی استفاده شد که برای دستیابی به زمانبندی مقاوم و پایدار بهکمک الگوریتمهای فراابتکاری پکپارچه شده است. الگوریتم پیشنهادی دو مرحله را دربرمیگیرد. در مرحلۀ اول، از آنجاکه زمان تکمیل برنامه اولین هدف هر برنامۀ زمانبندی است، این شاخص بهبود مییابد و سپس در مرحلۀ دوم سه شاخص زمان تکمیل برنامه، مقاومت و پایداری بهصورت خطی ترکیبشده و تابع هدف را تشکیل خواهد داد. در مدل پیشنهادی، برنامهریز میتواند میزان اهمیت هریک از شاخصها را در تابع ترکیب خطی مشخص کند و مسیر بهبود الگوریتم را در جهت شاخصهای مد نظر تغییر دهد. نتایج محاسباتی نشان میدهد که دستیابی به زمانبندی مقاوم و پایدار بدون افت در شاخص زمان تکمیل برنامه امکانپذیر است. در نهایت از آزمون فرضیۀ آماری بهمنظور مقایسۀ عملکرد دو الگوریتم فراابتکاری استفاده شده است.

تبیین چارچوبی برای ارزیابی پایداری زنجیرۀ تأمین مواد غذایی با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل شبکهای فازی (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای منتخب تولیدی فراوردههای گوشتی استان مازندران)
در مقالۀ حاضر بهمنظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، یعنی تبیین چارچوبی برای ارزیابی پایداری زنجیرۀ تأمین مواد غذاییْ با مرور ادبیات موضوع، چارچوب ارزیابی پایداری سازمان خواربار و کشاورزی بهمنزلۀ مدل اولیۀ پژوهش معرفی شد. بومیسازی و تأیید معیارهای پژوهش با بهکارگیری روش دلفی ساعتی انجام پذیرفت و درجۀ اهمیت ابعاد و معیارهای چارچوب با استفاده از روش ANP فازی، محاسبه شد. بدین منظور از دیدگاه 12 تن از کارشناسان و خبرگان، شامل پنج خبرۀ دانشگاهی فعال در حوزۀ توسعۀ پایدار و هفت خبره از شرکتهای تولیدی فراوردههای گوشتی کالۀ آمل، زربال و تولید و بستهبندی طیور فیله، استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد سلامت جسمانی، روانی و اجتماعی کارکنان و گازهای گلخانهای با وزنهای 0787/0 و 0632/0 مهمترین معیارهای دستیابی به زنجیرۀ تأمین پایدارند. همچنین از میان زیرمعیارهای ابعاد حکمرانی و اقتصادی، بهترتیب زیرمعیارهای تولید گواهیشده و ایمنی مواد غذایی از دیدگاه خبرگان، بالاترین درجۀ اهمیت را کسب کردند. از این چارچوب میتوان برای ارزیابی بخشهای مختلف زنجیرۀ تأمین مواد غذایی و سنجش میزان پایداری آنها استفاده کرد.

انتخاب مبادلهها بهکمک مدل مبادلهای توسعهیافته از تحلیل پوششی دادهها
تعیین مبادلههای تولیدی که نشاندهندۀ تغییراتِ شدنی و مشابه در تمام واحدهای تصمیمگیرندهاند، همواره مسئلهای مهم و چالشانگیز در مباحث تحلیل پوششی دادهها (DEA) بوده است. موضوع این مقاله، انتخاب این مبادلات بر اساس ارزیابی خروجی از واحدهای تصمیمگیرنده است؛ بهطوری که کاراییهای حاصل از واحدها در مدل DEA با این ارزیابی خروجی بیشترین همبستگی را داشته باشد. درواقع این مقاله، نظرهای کارشناسانه را که با عنوان مبادله به مدل اضافه میشود، غربال میکند و فقط آنهایی را برمیگزیند که از دید ارزیابی خروجی، کاراییهای مناسبی بهدست میدهند. در این راستا، مدلی با نام مدل مبادلهای توسعهیافته از DEA موسوم به مدل GTDEA ارائه میشود که خروجی این مدل، ترکیبی بهینه از مجموعه مبادلات موجود است و بیشترین همبستگی را بین دو ارزیابی تکنیکی و خارجی نتیجه میدهد. در پایان، مدل پیشنهادی برای تقریب شاخص توسعۀ انسانی 47 کشور برتر جهان (از لحاظ این شاخص) بهکار گرفته میشود تا نتایج حاصل از این مدل در نمونۀ واقعی نشان داده شود.

طراحی چارچوب ارزیابی متوازن براساس رویکرد ترکیبی نمودار علتومعلولی، مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) و فرایند تحلیل شبکهای (ANP)
چارچوب ارزیابی متوازن ابزاری برای ارزیابی راهبردی بهشمار میرود. بازبینی مبانی نظری مرتبط، بازگوی این حقیقت است که با وجود پیشرفتهای چشمگیر ابعاد مفهومی و نظری این چارچوب، اجرای آن بهویژه برمبنای روشهای کمی با دشواریهایی مواجه است. هدف این مقاله ارائۀ رویکردی کیفی و کمی برای پیادهسازی چارچوب ارزیابی متوازن براساس مطالعۀ موردی یکی از شرکتهای تولیدی است. در این نوشتار چگونگی یکپارچهسازی نمودار علتومعلولی، مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و فرایند تحلیل شبکهای برای تعیین اهداف راهبردی و معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد و تعیین وزن آنها در چارچوب ارزیابی متوازن شرح داده میشود. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد اهدافِ مالی بیشترین درجۀ وابستگی را دارند و اهدافِ رشد و یادگیری از بیشترین نیروی محرک برخوردارند. همچنین در سازمان بررسیشده، بالاترین اولویت از میان شاخصهای کارت ارزیابی متوازن به مشتری اختصاص یافت. اهداف افزایش کاربری داراییها از لحاظ مالی، تولید محصول با قیمت رقابتی از نظر مشتری، شناخت و برآوردهساختن نیازهای هر گروه از مشتریان از لحاظ فرایندهای درونسازمانی و مشارکت فعال در جامعه از نظر رشد و یادگیری، بالاترین وزن را بهخود اختصاص دادهاند.

طراحی مدل سلسلهمراتبی برای کاهش ریسکهای زنجیرۀ تأمین پروژه بر اساس فراترکیب (مورد مطالعه : شرکت گاز استان فارس)
با توجه به توسعۀ گازرسانی در اغلب استانهای کشور طی سالهای اخیر و گسترش پروژههای خطوط انتقال گاز به موازات آن، لزوم توجه به زنجیرۀ تأمین چنین پروژههایی و ریسکهای مربوط به آن بیش از گذشته نمود یافته است. از آنجا که زنجیرۀ تأمین پروژهها بر اساس مقررات دولتی ساختار خاصی دارد، هدف این مقاله ارائۀ مدلی برای کاهش ریسکهای زنجیرۀ تأمین پروژهها در شرکتهای گاز استانی است. برای این منظور از روش پژوهش آمیخته استفاده شده است؛ به این صورت که ابتدا با استفاده از فراترکیب و روایی محتوایی، راهبردهای کاهندۀ ریسک شناسایی و گروهبندی میشوند و بهکمک مدلسازی تفسیری ساختاری، ارتباطات متقابل و میزان تأثیرگذاری هریک از راهبردها بر یکدیگر بهدست میآید. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که مدیران باید به آن دسته از راهبردهایی که قدرت تحریککنندگی بیشتری دارند در مقایسه با راهبردهایی که درجۀ وابستگی زیادی دارند، توجه بیشتری داشته باشند. در نتیجه با تمرکز بر متغیرهای کلیدی مهمتر، میتوان بهصورت مؤثرتر ریسکهای زنجیرۀ تأمین را کاهش داد.

نگاشت ادراکی روابط علّی میان فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین، توانمندسازها و عملکرد زنجیرۀ تأمین با رویکرد فازی
مدیران زنجیرۀ تأمین، فعالیتهای بسیاری را برای دستیابی به اثربخشی مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین انجام میدهند و برای این کار ابزارهای بسیاری را با نام توانمندساز بهکار میگیرند. با وجود این، پیشینۀ موضوع روابط علّی میان توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین، فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و عملکرد آن، کممایه است. از این رو مطالعۀ حاضر به نگاشت ادراکی روابط علّی میان فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین، توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین و عملکرد زنجیرۀ تأمین بر اساس دانش خبرگان میپردازد. برای این کار، نخست روش طبقهبندی کیو اجرا شد تا فهرست معتبری از فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین در ایران فراهم آید. سپس از روش نگاشت ادراکی با رویکرد فازی جدیدی بهره برده شد. گفتنی است طی کل فرایند نیازی به عملیات قطعیسازی دادههای فازی وجود نداشت. این رویکرد به نگاشتی ادراکی از روابط علّی فازی انجامید. مدل علّی نهایی بهدستآمده، آثار علّی توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین بر فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و آثار علّی فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین بر شاخصهای عملکرد زنجیرۀ تأمین را نشان داد و شدت این آثار را مشخص کرد.
