Determining Best Policy in Three-Level Contract among the Manufacturer, Agent and Customer
Warranty as a kind of service contract today plays a role key in business and legal transactions. In this paper, we present a manufacturer, an agent and a customer's model under different service contracts suggestions. The manufacturer's profit is maximized by determining sale price, warranty period and warranty price. In addition we obtain optimal maintenance cost or repair cost for the agent's model to maximize the agent's profit. Moreover, the customer maximizes his/her profit by choosing one of the options that are suggested by the manufacturer and the agent. We also consider the interaction between the manufacturer, the agent and the customer by using game theory approach. Nash equilibrium is obtained under non-cooperative game. In the non-cooperative game the manufacturer, the agent and the customer choose their best strategy separately and simultaneously. Finally, numerical examples presented in this paper, will be used to illustrate our model.

Modeling Agility of Supply Chain
Case Study: Zobahan Co.
Supply chain for survival in turbulent and volatile markets need instrument that by its help face with environment challenge. This instrument is agility. Thus, in order of modeling agility of supply chain, founded 11 factors and interred in questionnaire and give it to experts of Zobahan Co. supply chain. Analyzed result of 180 received questionnaire and accepted 11 factors that founded before. Based research hypothesis and using path analysis, creating agility supply chain model. The insight that gives this model to managers would help them in strategic planning for improving supply chain agility.
Key words: Agility, Supply Chain, Critical Success Factors.

Using a Modified Extension of Mixed Fuzzy and Crisp Axiomatic Design Method in Vendor Selection for Supply Chain
Vendor selection is dominantly considered to be a Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem, since the decision maker needs to evaluate suppliers simultaneously in different and even contrastive evaluation criteria. One shortcoming of MADM methods is that they only compare alternatives with each other, and there is no comparison with the requirements of the buying company. A very efficient method to overcome this pitfall is axiomatic design (AD) technique. However, different versions of this technique also have some shortcomings. After identifying major vendor selection attributes, this paper tries to utilize a modified extension of AD in both fuzzy and crisp versions to solve supplier selection problem. Since evaluation in each attribute requires data in both fuzzy and crisp formats, a mixed approach of fuzzy and crisp AD are employed. Finally, in order to ensure the efficacy of the proposed approach, it has been implemented in a case study and the results have been compared with those from Linear Assignment Method (LAM).

Using Combined Method of SD and SSM for Solving Unstructured Social Problems
Facing the issues with structural complexity about which stakeholders have different views, has increasingly led to the use of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) in solving managerial problems. Moreover, the flaws of this methodology in the stages of modeling and feasible, desirable changes, have provided the motivation for applying Cognitive Map (CM) and System dynamics in the SSM modeling. Present study has eliminated the problems of individual usage of each model in modeling stage of the problem, using a combining algorithm of “SD” and “SSM”, and by making a synergy it has helped a better modeling for drug smuggling control system which is a complicated and unstructured system. Present study with multiple methods and by using cognitive map simulation technique and SD has effectively helped in making strategic decision and has estimated different behavior of model variables over time.

Proposing a Conceptual Model for Supply Chain Quality Managent (SCQM) and Surveying its Position in Iran’s Car Industry
Case Study: IKCO Tondar 90 Project
Nowadays companies have to have a close partnership with the other companies involved in their supply chain in order to upgrade their product quality. Supply chain quality management is a new concept that can provide the necessary conditions for effective cooperation of supply chain members in the field of product quality. Due to the new of this concept and lack of a comprehensive model in this issue, the purpose of this study is to define the concept of SCQM and identify its factors and indicators and propose a conceptual model to measure it. By comprehensively reviewing the literature, seven factors identified as key factors in implementing SCQM. These factors are: "customer focus", "suppliers quality management", "supply chain quality leadership", "supply chain quality strategies", "process approach", "supply chain quality information systems" and "development of resource management in supply chain". This model confirmed through factor analysis (FA) and structural equation model (SEM) Techniques. Also the results of our survey in the case study showed that the IKCO Tondar90 Project is totally in a good situation, however it is weak at two dimensions:"quality strategies" and "quality Information systems" in supply chain.

Risk Management in Tunnel Construction Using MADM Techniques
Assessment of risks is a key task in the project management. In this process, Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) approach can be utilized to identify project relevant risks. In the previous classical method, only Limited number of attributes is considered in the evaluation that can cause unreliable results. In this paper, an attempt has been made to introduce and involve a relatively comprehensive set of attributes for applying in Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) techniques. Using this model, the risks of tunneling construction in the Seimareh dam project, located in South-West of Iran, are assessed and ranked. For the collection of experts' judgments, group decision making method by conducting various decision panels was applied. Also for the risk ranking, Linear Assignment (LA), Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) methods were considered. Final ranking of the risks was computed using integration methods. It was concluded that the risks economical factors and guarantee are the project most and least critical risks, respectively.

Transport energy Demand Forecasting Using Markov Chain Grey Model: Case Study of Iran
The aim of this paper is to present the prediction model of the transport energy demand in Iran. Markov chain grey model (MCGM) is proposed to forecast the transport energy demand of Iran. Then it is compared with grey model (GM) and regression model. Moreover, the MCGM forecasting model is used to forecast the annual gasoline demand of Iran up to the year 1400.

Designing and Formulating of Mathematical Model of Conducting Quality Management System on Financial Variables: Case Study Heghmataneh Cement Company
The administrative, productive and many other company experienced exceeding evolution in management area. Conducting quality management system according to ISO 9000: 2000 on of these evolution process. Thus in this paper tries to describe quality management paradigm from theoretic, Structural an conceptual aspect then evaluated the relation between execution of quality management system and Financial variables including: Revenue, cost price ratio, loss ratio and ROI. For this purpose Heghmataneh cement company as one of holding company selected to evaluate these relations. Thus Case study method selected for this purpose. At the first step we used descriptive analysis in the light of financial statements. Then we used binomial test to control other variable effects. Population sample volume were determined by Morgan table and then 100 questionnaire distributed between Population sample Randomly. The result revealed that conducting quality management according to ISO affects on increasing revenue , decreasing ratio of cost price to revenue and loss cost but haven’t significant effects on ROI because of share market recession. However descriptive survey on financial variable and Hypothesis Test presented same result and were convergent which each other. At the final stage we assessed the effects rate of ISO system on financial variable by Freidman Two way ANOVA test the analysis showed that conducting ISO system has the great effects on revenue and the least effect on ROI.
