The classical approach considerseach organizational unit as a black box and limits evaluation to primary inputs and finaloutputs and neglects internal processes. This problem with the introduction and use ofDEA in network structures for more accurate performance analysis, taking into accountits internal processes, has been resolved. In most of the proposed models, the inputs andoutputs of DMUs are definite, but in many cases, those data cannot be measured in aprecise way. Therefore, this paper seeks to introduce a new model of Network DataEnvelopment Analysis with a parallel structure by considering inputs and outputs asuncertain variables. The approach used is to develop the mathematical model from atheoretical point of view, to prove the theoretical properties of the model, themathematical validity and its application.Methods: In this paper, the assumptions of uncertainty theory and models of NetworkData Envelopment Analysis to evaluate DMUs with parallel structure and impreciseinputs and outputs.Results: According to the results of the implementation of the proposed model in theSocial Security Organization, the efficiency of all DMUs and its sub-system has beenevaluated between zero and one.Conclusion: Due to the multiplicity of the sub-system, none of the 12-provincial socialsecurity managing directorates as DMUs were efficient (one efficiency score), but among313 branches, three branches were efficient. The final results of the implementation of theuncertain model proved the assumptions of the definitive model.}, keywords = {Network Data Envelopment Analysis,Uncertainty Theory,Parallel Structure}, title_fa = {تحلیل پوششی داده‌های شبکه‌ای نایقین با ساختار موازی و ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌های نادقیق (مطالعه موردی: سازمان تأمین اجتماعی)}, abstract_fa = {هدف: تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها یک روش مؤثّر برای ارزیابی کارایی نسبی واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده است. رو‌ش‌های کلاسیک، هر واحد سازمانی را به صورت جعبه سیاه در نظر گرفته و ارزیابی را به ورودی‌های اولیه و خروجی‌های نهایی، محدود و از فرآیندهای داخلی غفلت می‌ورزد که این مشکل با معرفی و بکارگیری تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها در ساختارهای شبکه‌ای جهت تحلیل دقیق‌تر کارایی با درنظر گرفتن فرآیندهای داخلی آن، مرتفع گردیده است. در اکثر مدل‌های ارائه شده، ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌های واحدهای تصمیم‌گیری، قطعی می‌باشند اما در بسیاری از موارد، این داده‌ها با روش‌های دقیق، قابل اندازه‌گیری نیستند. لذا این مقاله، به دنبال معرفی یک مدل جدید تحلیل پوششی داده‌های شبکه‌ای نایقین با ساختار موازی با درنظرگرفتن ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌ها به عنوان متغیرهای نایقین، می‌باشد. رویکرد مورد استفاده، توسعه مدل ریاضی از بعد نظری، اثبات خواص نظری مدل، اعتبار ریاضی و کاربردی نمودن آن است. روش: در این مقاله از مفروضات تئوری نایقینی و مدل‌های تحلیل پوششی داده‌های شبکه‌ای با ساختار موازی برای ارزیابی واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده شبکه‌ای با ساختار موازی و ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌های نادقیق، استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج اجرای مدل پیشنهادی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی، کارائی تمامی واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده و بخش‌های زیر مجموعه آن، بین صفر و یک ارزیابی گردیده است. نتیجه‌گیری: به دلیل کثرت بخش‌های زیرمجموعه، هیچ کدام از دوازده اداره کل بیمه‌ای تأمین اجتماعی به عنوان واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده، کارا (نمره کارایی یک) نبوده است امّا در میان 313 شعبه، سه شعبه کارا ارزیابی گردیدند. نتایج نهایی اجرای مدل نایقین، مفروضات مدل قطعی را اثبات نمود.}, keywords_fa = {تحلیل پوششی داده‌های شبکه‌های,تئوری نایقینی,ساختار موازی}, url = {https://imj.ut.ac.ir/article_81625.html}, eprint = {https://imj.ut.ac.ir/article_81625_38dcd24eab43b71af1867927b8dea347.pdf} }
