Different segments of passengers have different opinions on the importance of criteria based on service quality. The weight values based on service quality express the relative importance of them. In most of researches, weight values depended heavily on expert knowledge and passenger’s perspective haven’t been considered. The goal of this research, presenting an advanced method for prioritizing Iranian airlines of passengers’ opinions. First Euclidean distance between satisfaction from each criteria and overall satisfaction with fuzzy synthetic evaluation, genetic algorithm and, weight of criteria is determined. Second, with fuzzy synthetic evaluation, Iran airlines have prioritized. Statistical society in this study consists of Homa, Aseman, Taban, Mahan and Zagros passengers. The results show that different segments of passengers have different opinions on the importance of criteria, so prioritizing Iranian airlines have different in from od passengers’ opinions.

The automotive production has weakened due to the downturn in car production and financial problems of car segment makers in recent years, so financial support of the small and medium enterprises is one of the essential requirements in the country's economic development programs. The purpose of this research is to present a structural model to examine the components that affect the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the car segment chain. This article uses the review of the theoretical literature and interviews with experts about the identified variables which affect the financing of small and medium enterprises and were stratified by using the structural equation method in 6 dimensions. Then, the research hypotheses were analyzed by using T-Student test. The results showed that 6 main dimensions are included: poor performance of banks, poor performance of the capital markets, the lack and weakness of specialized banks, the lack and weakness of financing methods, lack of cooperation and coordination between firms and financial institutions, these weaknesses effects on the financing of small and medium enterprises in the car segmentation chain.

Today's it is essential to assess and determine the efficiency of NIS to achieve the objectives of macroeconomic policies. In this study, a network data envelopment analysis models are used to evaluate the performance of the national innovation system of Iran and 73 other countries in a two-stage process is the production and commercialization of knowledge. The results show that Iran's national innovation system is inefficient. The first and second stages and the overall efficiency in the free link are 0.59, 0.74 and 0.18, in a fixed link are 0.74, 0.87 and 0.63 and SBM is 0.88. To improve performance, reduce the amount specified inputs, increase their efficiency levels and thus the efficiency of the entire system will be up to the efficient frontier.

Investing in the stock market has always been a key issue that how liquid assets are specialized among stocks of the companies to meet the interests of the investor. This research is tried to help investors to choose portfolio optimization more effectively by offering two new approaches .The approach of using cross-efficiency table instead of stock return is presented as the basis to solve the model of the minimum mean of absolute deviations from the average, in which financial indicators were used as initial data to form the portfolio. Another approach is a two-stage algorithm in which the requirement for segmentation of the market to various industries has been considered when using financial indicators. Finally, sharp criteria shows that there is a significant difference between the proposed approaches and the current methods. The results show that these two approaches are more suitable than similar ones.

In this article Multi Criteria Satisfaction Analysis method (MUSA) has been described then passenger’s satisfaction about Shiraz Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has been evaluated. This method is one of the satisfaction analysis techniques which has overcome on weakness points of preceding methods. Customer feedback and judgments (in questionnaire) are converted to linear planning models and then solved by this method, lead to evaluate satisfaction and importance of each satisfaction aspects in the organization which is the result of all individual customer judgments combination. Results revealed that physical assets and facilities and confidence capability in passenger’s view point had the most importance of 0/5859 and 0/4140 and at least average of satisfaction level (1 Percent) respectively. In the other hand sub criteria of bus security, stations safety, suitable services in latest night hours, access to stations, passenger’s crowding in bus and sufficient rapid bus transit paths existence in city area had the most influence on the passenger’s satisfaction level.

Today, energy is an important part of the economic cycle of various countries in the international relations. Also, given the volatility of oil prices in world markets and its impact on the global economy, it is expected that world's gas industry and the use of gas as an alternative energy becomes more important. Therefore, study and research on supply and demand of energy, especially natural gas, and studying factors affecting energy consumption in various sectors is very important. In this research, first factors affecting the consumption of natural gas in the residential sector is investigated and identified, by interviewing experts of gas industry and through content analysis method, and then the causal model of direct and indirect relationships between the variables and their intensity of influence through fuzzy cognitive map is determined. So, for the first time qualitative cultural and social variables along with the climate, social and economic variables is included in causal modeling.

One of the common problems in the supply chains is inventory fluctuation along the chain, which imposes additional costs to manufacturing organizations, therefore reducing these costs can increase productivity in production. In this regard, in this article, system dynamic methodology is used for dynamical analysis of fluctuation in Sapco’s supply chain; For this purpose, the available and documentary information of Sapco Corporation is used during the simulation period.SD is a powerful tool for modeling complex structures, such as supply chain networks and provides useful information on the interaction of the main system parameters. this article, based on principles of system dynamics methodology, after presenting the problem of fluctuation in supply chain, dynamic hypothesis that cause problem are formed and then the dynamic model of fluctuation in supply chain are made. After ensuring performance of the model by dynamic models validation tests, three policies (information sharing policy, buffer inventory policy and combined policy) adopt to improve inventory oscillatory behavior and then the impact of implementation of these politics on problematic behavior of dynamic model was showed. The implementation of these policies has led to reduction in inventory fluctuations in the studied supply chain.
