Weakness of research & development strategy for technology transfer management in product design activities is one of the most difficulties for local companies in Iran. Therefore, this paper trying to present a method to indicting research & development strategy for identifying fit technology with requirements of customer and provide a solution for acquisition of needs technologies of companies. In this manner, indicators that effected on compilation of R&D strategy identified, and allocated axis to each dimensions. Then, planned a framework for compilation of research and development strategy with market pull approach. With drawing technology map based on appraisal inside and outside dimensions by Tech-QFD and Technology needs management model, opportunities and treats will determine for each strategy. This model applied in Iran Marine Service (SADRA) Company for compilation R&D strategy in design and manufacturing of AFRAMAX ship.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a managerial powerful tool for assess the performance of Decision Making Units (DMUs). Nowadays, multi-objective DEA models are an attractive technique for evaluation quantity and quality aspects of performance analysis. But these models are in static. In this paper, we want to present a proposed fuzzy dynamic multi-objective DEA model in which data are changing sequentially. In this paper is presented to compare with those obtained using the proposed model as well as original DEA models. Results reveal that the new model just needs to solve multiple objective programming once to calculate the efficiency achievement for all DMUs and they are indication for improvement discriminating power of classical DEA models.

Contemporary manufacturing organizations are facing challenges from two directions. In one direction, newer manufacturing philosophies and technologies emerge to make the existing ones obsolete. In the other direction, today's customers are becoming more and more aggressive in demanding new products and services within a short period of time. In order to meet the challenges that invade from these two directions, today's manufacturing organizations are required to act quickly in accordance with the surrounding competitive situation. Therefore, during the past few years, the manufacturing arena had been orienting towards the relatively new type of paradigm, under the umbrella name," agile manufacturing". But there is a question that does the building agile of an organization to be necessary for activity and competitive in world economy arena. In this article, a fuzzy model based on the need analysis framework of a company to be agile is presented, that used fuzzy concept in the measure and analysis of need to be agile, and too MADM techniques.

The starting point for articulating a firm's hierarchy of goals is the company vision. An effective vision can provide a bridge from the present to the future and is essential for strategy formulation. The development of such a vision statement is one of the important responsibilities of organizations' leaders. Although numerous characteristics have been indicated in the literature for creation of an effective vision statement, a methodology evaluating its effectiveness regarding a selected and classified set of criteria was not found. Hence, mixing "Focus Group Interview" (qualitative methodology) and "Grey Possibility Degree" (a quantitative mathematical decision analysis technique for problems containing discrete data and incomplete information), a new procedure is proposed in this paper in order to evaluate and rank a set of corporate vision statements. Finally in this paper has been attempted to apply assessing and marking of the Iran; broadcasting organizations with compare of four well-known organization through out the world.

Nowadays, Risk Management is considered as one of the most vital methods in project management which should be utilized in every industrial project. Risk management process is able to identify risks, analyze them and determine responding strategies for declining impacts of risks. Also most managers confront a challenge when they want to select one problem`s solution among the other ones. There is always a decision making problem in Risk Response Planning sub-process which can be mentioned as “selecting the best response among some responses related to a risk “. This paper has been tried to use Analytic Network Process (ANP), known as one of Multiple Attribute Decision Making techniques to solve this problem and find the best response.
In this case, the high-priority risks were identified by a questionnaire. Then, responding strategies were determined through an interview. Finally, an ANP model including criteria and responses for the main risk was provided using previous researches findings and Nominal Group Technique; in addition the best response for the main risk of the project was selected by paired-comparison using Super Decision software in North Azadegan oil field development project.

Purpose of this paper is development for pattern of a measuring and analysing of innovation in research institutes in vehicle industry. This scale include 3 area: individual innovation, organizational innovation & nature and strength of innovation in current situation. Samples selected in 2 research institute NPD & IPCO in Iran Khodro, by accident. According to factor loading, identified latent factors. Reliability of explored models toward any factor of analysis of innovation, assessed by CFA. Results showed this reliability. Finally,7 conceptual models of relation between evident concept and latent factors and a general model explored and confirmed based on different index of comeliness.

Development of technological capability is one of the effective methods for promoting the firm competitive performance. Transfer of suitable technology help the firm to make a strong position in its industry faster than using in-house R&D. Successfulness of a firm based on technology transfer process can be measured with different scales such as measurement of firm competitive performance through technology transfer.
This research has been accomplished with the aim of evaluation of technology transfer effect on competitive performance of Iranian Auto part makers with the structural equation model. Based on research findings, the technology transferred to the auto part makers involved in the project of producing TONDAR 90 (L90) has had directive effective on the filed of quality improvement and cost reduction of final product. In the other hand, in the process of technology transfer managers have concentrate on transfer of hardware and software of technology.

Rapid technological and economic growth over the last several decades has changed human lives and made modern society face complex decision making problems. These kinds of problems are characterized by incommensurate and conflicting criteria or objectives such as cost, reliability, performance, safety and productivity. Multi Criteria Decision Making is an approach that can be used to deal complex problems. Generally, preference information on alternatives and on attributes belongs to the DMs' subjective judgments and DMs' judgments are often uncertain and cannot be estimated by an exact numerical value. In this paper, to treat multi criteria decision making problems in uncertain condition a model based on grey theory-including grey relational analysis and grey numbers is proposed and also Shannon's entropy is used for weighting attributes. Finally proposed model was used to ranking holding and investment companies in Iran's stock exchange and evaluated its ability and usage.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a solution that many organizations have chosen in order to remain in their business. Managers of these organizations need to be aware of the level of TQM in their organizations. Although TQM settlement can represent the place and level of organization in adoption of this approach, only its establishment as an organizational habit ensures the continuous and successful presence of this approach. Therefore, apart from TQM implementation extent, the level of TQM adoption as an organizational habit has more importance. In this study we have tried to represent a model measures the level of TQM adoption as an organizational tendency and culture.
In this paper questionnaire was composed and distributed Sazehgostar Saipa suppliers and analyze the proposed model. (Saipa is one of the two biggest automotive producer companies in IRAN and Sazehgostar Saipa supplies for Saipa all of parts except motor and gearbox).
With comparing the result of model in this chain and last information of this chain, model reliability was investigated and has been presented a new picture of this company.

The main purpose of this paper is prediction of TSE corporate financial bankruptcy using Artificial Neural Networks. The mean values of key ratios reported in past bankruptcy studies were selected for neural network inputs (Working capital to total assets, Net income to total assets, Total debt to total assets, Current assets to current liabilities, Quick assets to current liabilities). The neural network used in this paper is Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) that trained with back propagation algorithm, and contained three-layer feed forward neural network with 5,4,1 number of neurons in input, hidden and output layer respectively. The samples of this paper consist of bankrupt and non-bankrupt groups. Bankruptcy group was Manufacturing Corporations that were included Article 141 of Mercantile law within 1378-1385 and non-bankruptcy group selected by random sampling. The same set of data is analyzed using more traditional method of bankruptcy prediction, multivariate discriminate analysis. A comparison of the predictive abilities of both the neural network and the discriminate analysis method was presented. Also, prediction accuracy of neural network is presented by ROC curve. The results showed that there is significant difference between MDA and ANN, Also, according to the results, lower error type 1 has priority to error type 2.
