Naturally all activities are along with risk and uncertainties. Project risk has the concept more than the financial concept. In project management, risks are events that can occur during the project implementation and has negative effects on project completion and meeting goals. Identification, analysis, prioritizing and having plan for dealing with these events are playing an important role in project success. Project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) illustrates a systematic approach for implementation of risk management plan that can be lead to minimization of probability or impacts of undesirable outcomes to project goals. On the other hand appearing risks implies that project is done in an uncertain environment. Fuzzy computations are a suitable tool for dealing with these uncertainties. In this paper, possible risks in implementation of excavation of oil well project are identified and then measured and ranked by fuzzy approach.

In this survay the total productivity of Export Development Bank of Iran (EDBI) and the productivity changes of branches was studied by using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis. Slacks-based measure of super-efficiency model was used to analyze the total productivity of the EDBI in the period of 1373-1384 and malmquist productivity index was used to measure the growth of productivity in branches from 1382 to 1384. The data needed to conduct such a study have been collected through library search and field study.
In SBM model, the cost of doubtful debts, major financial sources to grant facilities and number of employees were used as input and granted facilities is considered as output with the assumption of variable return to scale and the trend of moving averages of efficiency scores showed that the total productivity of EDBI has improved.
In calculating malmquist productivity index, the variables regarding the number of employees, profit and charges paid, administrative and personal expenses are used as inputs and facilities paid, fees and commissions income, non-cost deposits and costly deposits were used as outputs.
The outcomes showed that branch productivity has improved 1 percent in 1383 and 2 percent in 1384. In addition, branches were categorized in terms of productivity growth.

Nowadays statistical control process plays an important role in quality control of products. So wide variety of methods are utilized to do so. But since the most percentage of available information in the discrete control charts are verbal terms, fuzzy and vague ,in most cases it is difficult for us to refine them into the quantitative data. Thus in this article we are to change these verbal data into the quantitative data by fuzzy logic and furthermore to provide new method to control discrete process.
In this research that has been executed in the Irankhodroo, Mehvarsazan Company, fuzzy control charts suggested by Rose & Wang examined. Results achieved from this research represent when we have to use verbal variables, fuzzy control charts present clearer and better results than classic control charts. This method particularly when the process is out of control will give a faster alert and will report existence of a disorder in the process. The number of verbal terms used for defining quality level of product influence on accuracy and sensitivity of control charts and the more verbal terms used for defining quality level of product , the less probability of second-type error(?) or stretching a point in control limit sides(LCL & UCL).

There are some machineries and equipments as well as relatively fix amount of human resources involved in any production process. In many cases, by observing operational method of a process, one may see that some of these machineries are not working, but on the other hand, other equipments are continuously working, and many parts are set in front of them, waiting to be set up over machines to continue production procedure. Existence of non-working time as well as overload tasks, that means imbalance in production process, are among factors creating some problems for system’s management. One guideline that a manager may use to encounter imbalance problem of production process is assembly line balancing. In this thesis, genetic algorithm method is used to solve assembly line balance problem. This algorithm presents a new method during execution of crossover operation and combination of parent chromosomes in order to produce child and mutation building in chromosomes. Finally, efficiency of obtained answers by genetic algorithm is compared with numeric method.

This article aims at designing the mathematical model for Aras dam reservoir in time operation with missions of agriculture needs safeguarding, water electric energy production and torrent controls. Reservoir system relations determinate and these relations at framework of are determined and stochastic dynamic programming are calculated Executive results of this model are presentation of guides that shows the amount of reservoir output is relative to reservoir primary volume and input flow in current month and input flow in the month before in timely operation, the amount of input flow in current month not determinate, so it is necessity to one flow forecasting model.
In this manner with supposition of flow Markov process in the long of month is used passing for probability matrix between different states of flow. The results show that the stochastic model available the more amount water to securing of agriculture and water electric uses, therefore stochastic model is preferred in stead at deterministic mode
